Plans change — we get that. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work on Beyongo.

1. Before You Book

Every hotel sets its own cancellation policy. The key conditions — including free cancellation windows, deadlines, and any applicable fees — are always shown before you confirm.

2. Free Cancellation

Some bookings allow free cancellation within a set time window. Cancel within that window and no fee applies. Cancel after it and charges may apply. The exact deadline is shown during the booking process.

3. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some bookings are marked non-refundable at the time of purchase. These cannot be cancelled for a refund and may not be eligible for changes. Please review the conditions carefully before confirming.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel through your Beyongo account or by contacting our support team. Once your cancellation is processed, you'll receive a confirmation.

5. Refunds

If your booking is eligible for a refund, it will be returned via your original payment method. In some cases, it may be issued as platform credit. Timing depends on the provider and your payment method — we'll keep you informed throughout.

6. Changes to Bookings

Modification requests (dates, guests, etc.) are subject to the hotel's policy and may incur additional charges. Some bookings cannot be modified after confirmation.

7. No-Show

If you don't check in and haven't notified the hotel, the booking may be cancelled automatically and no refund will be issued. If your plans change, contact the hotel as early as possible.

8. Provider Responsibility

Cancellation rules and refund conditions are set by the hotel or provider. Beyongo facilitates the process but cannot override provider policies.

9. Special Circumstances

In cases of significant disruption or exceptional circumstances, we'll do our best to work with the provider toward a fair resolution. Outcomes are subject to provider approval and are not guaranteed.
