1. About Beyongo

Beyongo is a travel platform that helps you find and book hotels. We connect you with accommodation providers — we don't own or operate the hotels ourselves.

2. Using Beyongo

By using Beyongo, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally able to enter into a booking
• The information you provide is accurate and complete

Please don't use Beyongo for fraudulent or misleading bookings, or for anything that violates applicable laws.

3. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and provider confirmation
• Once confirmed, you'll receive a booking confirmation by email or SMS
• Please review your booking details carefully before completing your purchase

4. Prices & Payments

• Prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Prices may change until your booking is confirmed
• Full payment is required to secure your booking
• In the rare event of a pricing error, we may need to cancel or adjust your booking and will notify you promptly

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Each booking has its own cancellation policy, set by the provider
• Any applicable fees or conditions will be shown before you confirm
• Refund timelines depend on the provider and your payment method
• In some cases, refunds may be issued as platform credit

6. Changes to Bookings

Modification requests (dates, number of guests, etc.) are subject to provider rules and may incur additional charges. Some bookings cannot be modified after confirmation.

7. No-Show

If you don't check in and haven't notified the hotel, the booking may be cancelled without a refund. If your plans change, contact the hotel directly as early as possible.

8. Our Role

Hotels and accommodation providers are responsible for delivering the services you book. Beyongo facilitates the booking process but has no control over how services are carried out on the ground.

9. Liability

We work hard to make every booking go smoothly, but Beyongo is not liable for:

• Service failures or quality issues from providers
• Delays, cancellations, or events outside our control

Our liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking.

10. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Beyongo — including text, design, and data — belongs to Beyongo or its partners. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
